I had a beautiful card to share with you today and I accidentally deleted the picture.  I would normally upload the picture again, but I'm visiting my parents this week, so I don't have access to uploading pictures!  I'm so disappointed!!  I'll share next week when I return home.

Let's Get Organized!

Last Monday, I shared one of my ideas on how to organize the ink refill bottles using the Avery Label #5167. Again, I'm using the Avery Labels #5167 and labeled my file folders.  I store my 8 1/2" x 11" card stock in a legal-sized filing cabinet.  In the top drawer, I have my In Colors labeled first and then, my Subtles Collection followed by the Brights Collection.  In the bottom drawer, I have my Neutrals Collection followed by the Regals Collection.  I've been using this filing system for the past 2 years and it's been working great for me.  I can easily open the cabinet drawers and quickly see which colors I need to reorder.

Yesterday I had a Tropical Party Scrapbooking/Stamping Class. We used the Herringbone 6 x 6 Album (Summer Mini, pg. 23), Tropical Party Stamp Set, and Island Oasis Designer Paper (Summer Mini, pages 26-27), and the following coordinating card stock--Tempting Turquoise, Pumpkin Pie, So Saffron, Rose Red, and Old Olive.  Two of my customers brought their granddaughters to stamp! Pictured below is Trinity, my friend and customer's granddaughter.  Thanks for coming Ladies! I had a great day making a summer scrapbook with you!!

I have a quick card to show you today. My dear Upline, Jean, sent me this card. This is Garden from the Heart, a stamp set that was featured in the Occasions Mini (Jan.-April 2010). Jean used Thoroughly Modern Designer Paper (#115673-Retiring), Bermuda Bay card stock and ribbon (both retiring), and Chocolate Chip card stock.  You have until June 30th to order Last Chance items!

Baby Bundle

Today's post features one of Stampin' Up!'s brand new stamp sets--Baby Bundle--which will be available on July 1st. That's next week!! I decided I needed this stamp set because I don't have a really cute baby set.  It will be available in Wood Mount #118525 and Clear Mount #120576. It also has a New coordinating Jumbo Wheel--Baby Tees--which I haven't given a spin yet!

Last Chance List ends June 30th!

June 30th is the LAST CHANCE to order retiring stamps, home decor, and accessories.  Here's a few things to consider when perusing the Last Chance List.

1.  The 8 1/2 x 11 paper in the upcoming catalog will be increasing in price from $5.50 to $6.95 per pack.  You may want to stock up on your favorite colors now.

2.  The 12 x 12 paper is going from 20 sheets/@ $7.50 pkg. to 12 sheets/ @ $6.95 pkg. (6 smooth/6 textured).
This year's Christmas DSP will coordinate with Old Olive, Very Vanilla, and Always Artichoke.

3.  Be sure to check the Accessories List because some punches will not be returning and others will be reconfigured to look like our newest punches.  Many of the accessory items have been reduced.

4.  Pre-inked Cartridges for the stamping wheels will not be returning.  Beginning July 1st, you'll purchase an empty cartridge and bottle of ink.  Just a FYI--I really like the pre-inked cartridges because it's not as messy.  I purchased all the ink cartridges.  It'll make my stampin' life a little easier.

Today's post features Baroque Motifs (#113490) in Old Olive ink and Flower Fusion felt flowers (#110720). Both items are found in the 2009-2010 Idea Book & Catalog. This is your last chance to order the Flower Fusion.  These adorable felt flowers come in three colors--Pumpkin Pie, Rose Red, and Old Olive--in 14 flower designs.  It comes in a fun tin with more that 130 individual pieces!

My Digital Studio Software

As you can see from the pictures, I used two different stamp sets, All Holidays (#114916 front of the card), and For All You Do (#115360 inside the card).  I was also able to enlarge the stamp size and position it on the card, choose the font color, and position the flowers on the card.  Stampin' Up! did the professional printing for me.  I really like how the card turned out and I hope you do too!

Let's Get Organized!

Good Morning Stampers!  I hope all of you had a great weekend! The weather here in Central VA has been Hot, Hot, Hot! In preparation for the new Color Collection and the 5 new In Colors being introduced, I've been trying to reorganize my stamp room. I thought I'd share with you how I'm organizing my ink refills.  I purchased these clear trays from a big box store and used Avery Labels #5167 to label the trays.  Now, at a glance, I can see which ink colors I need to purchase.  I thought this would be a great way to keep my inventory.  I'll be happy to share extra details if you would like them.

The Stampin' Up! Color Coach

Yesterday, I shared a picture of the Color Coach which will make its debut on July 1st!  Pictured below are two more Color Coach photos.  I thought you'd like to see the cover and the large color sample inside.

   

 
My daughter, Caroline, graduated from high school today. Here's a family photo of her in her cap and gown.  I don't know where the time has gone, but it went too quickly! Caroline be attending college this fall, so I'm sure the rest of the summer will be busy getting ready for her move in August.
