Here's another Christmas Card made at my Stamp Camp last Friday. I used the Big Shot Embossing folder, Petals-a-Plenty to give this card a festive look!

Contempo Christmas

Here's another card we made at my Christmas Stamp Camp last Friday.  You can find this darling set--Contempo Christmas in the 2010-2011 Stampin' Up! Sneak Peak #10 and Christmas Stamp Camp

Another Sneak Peak from the 2010 Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini!  It's also another card that we'll be making at my Christmas Stamp Camp today.  Check out the Deck the Halls Designer Series Paper in the background.  It has vintage berries, poinsettias, and other traditional holiday patterns in this gorgeous Pack.

Tips & Tools:

1.  Stamped in Early Espresso ink.  I used a Blender Pen (#102845) to color her hair in Soft Suede and robe in Always Artichoke.

Sneak Peak #9 and Christmas Stamp Camp

Good Morning Stampers!  Here's another Sneak Peak from the Holiday Mini.  It's Christmas Collage, a background stamp, available only in wood mount.  That's right, the card pictured below was created using ONE stamp.  It's a festive look!  This card is just one of the eight cards we will make at my Christmas Stamp Camp tomorrow, 2-5pm or 6-9pm.  If you're interested in receiving one of my stamp camp kits, just drop me an email.  I will be happy to include all materials pre-cut with a picture tutorial.  As per Stampin' Up!'s guidelines, I am not allowed to pre-stamp your kit.  For those of you attending tomorrow, please remember to bring your favorite adhesive.  I will have some for sale (as well as refills) if you need one.

Christmas Collage Card Recipe

 

Stamp Set:  Christmas Collage (wood mount #121279), Come to Bethlehem (wood mount #118732, clear mount #120591)

Ink:  Soft Suede and Old Olive ink pads; Old Olive, Real Red, So Saffron, Soft Suede Marvelous Markers

Paper:  Soft Suede base, Old Olive, Very Vanilla

Embellishments:  Gold Glow Smooch Spritz (#118770), sponge

Adhesives:  SNAIL

Tips & Tools:  

1. I used the Come to Bethlehem stamp set to stamp the sentiment, "Merry Christmas".  This set is located in Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog on page 43.

2.  After coloring the stamped image with markers, I used my Soft Suede ink pad to sponge (#101610) the edges and surface.

3.  I placed the card in my Color Catcher (#121093) and sprayed Golden Glow Smooch Spritz all over it.  It was the first time I had every used this product.  I went crazy!!  Now, I'm smooching everything!!  Too Fun!  It's located in Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog on page 195.  Smooch Spritz is available in 4 different pearlized accent sprays. Check it out!

Stampin' Marathon

Good Morning Stampers! As I mentioned before, I spent the good part of last week visiting with Martha and Jean.  We really did have a stamping marathon!  As soon as we arrived, Martha had us busy cutting fabric, running it through the Big Shot, and piecing together a quilt! We finished it in just a few hours and now it is headed to the quilter!!  The picture below shows Martha and Jean (left to right) showing off their new quilted bags. Did I forget to mention that Martha sewed an entire tote bag for Jean--in just a few hours???

Sneak Peak #7--Candy Countdown

Here's another Sneak Peak of what's to come in the Holiday Mini on September 1st! This fun project is a Candy Countdown Advent Calendar!  It's the perfect decor item for the holidays!!  Simply fill each box with your favorite goodies, trinkets, or holiday treasures and clip then in order along the twine rope. The kit includes 25 fast-fold boxes, printed die cuts, and enough ribbon and clothespins to clip the boxes to the rope--so easy to put together.  The boxes also make cute ornaments or favors.

Sneak Peak #5--Tags til Christmas

As you can see from Sneak Peak #5, Stampin' Up! has a wonderful new stamp set, Tags Til Christmas, arriving on Sept. 1st in the Holiday Mini! I'm posting several pictures, so you can get a good idea of what's included in this set.  I've used Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler ink and cardstock and 1/8" Old Olive and Real Red Taffeta Ribbon. The background designer paper, Jolly Holiday (#117159),is in the Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog (pg.174).

Sneak Peak #4--Candy Wrapper Big Shot Die

There's a NEW Big Shot Die in town!!  The Candy Wrapper arrives on September 1st! This die goes easily through the Big Shot and folds beautifully into this darling Candy Wrapper.  I couldn't stop making them! All three centers are Spooky Night Rub-ons (#120989).  Very easy to apply and available in the Holiday Mini.  Start making your wish list now!
