I'm really excited about my Pillow Gifts for convention this year! Maybe it's because I created them 2 weeks prior to leaving for convention!! This year, I decided that I wasn't going to wait until the last minute to make all my swaps and gifts!! We like to give each other special little gifts when we arrive. I love this tradition because everybody has the most amazing ideas to share! Super creative ladies!
Here's my Pillow Gift!
Did you notice the clear DVD cases that I'm using? It's the same clear case that Stampin' Up! uses to store the clear mount stamps. You can purchase a package of 4 clear DVD cases (#119105) for only $5.95!
I used the 2012-2014 In Colors Designer Paper Stack (#126910) as my cover. The covention theme title is from a recent My Digital Studio download and layered using the Labels Framelits. The scallop trim is from the Tasteful Trim Bigz XL die. I considered adding each person's name on the case, but thought the girls would want to pick out their favorite In Color case.
Check out the inside...I included a yearly calendar created by My Digital Studio, a note pad and RSVP pen in coordinating designer paper.

I had the notepads cropped at a big box store. Then, I covered the top with coordinating designer paper. I rolled a small piece of paper (1" x 3 1/4") and inserted it into the RSVP pen!

There are 20 of us on the INKcredible Stampers Team attending convention!! This will be my fourth year and I think I'm more excited this year than I have ever been!! I even have one of my downline going! How awesome is that?
As you read this...I'm headed to the airport for a 7 am flight out of Balitmore, Maryland. We'll arrive in Salt Lake City around 12:45 pm (MT)! Chris (my downline) and I will wait for some of the other girls traveling from North Carolina to arrive. We'll grab a shuttle and head onto the hotel. We already know where we're eating tonight!! A wonderful seafood restaurant called The Fish Market!
