Tags 4 You Card

Whenever Stampin' Up! creates a stamp set with a coordinating punch, I must have it!  Here's a Halloween card using the Tags 4 You Stamp Set and Witches' Brew Designer Paper.

Ink:  Versa Mark, Black Embossing Folder

Paper:  Basic Black, Basic Gray, Very Vanilla, Pumpkin Pie, Witches' Brew Designer Paper (#132185)

Embellishments: 1 1/4" Burlap Ribbon (#132140)
