Happy Halloween everybody! Here are a few last minute Halloween treats!!  The first Halloween treat is a Wilton Treat Pop filled with Hershey Kisses and embellished with Witches' Brew Washi Tape.  The second project is a 4 oz. cup wrapped in Witches' Brew Designer Paper and handstamped with Tags 4 You Stamp Set.
