Hostess Club Project...Starburst Sayings

Here's the second card we'll be making in Hostess Club this month!  During our Leadership Make & Take Projects, I was inspired by Donna Griffith's (from the Stampin' Up! Home Office) card demonstration.  She used variations of cardstock color, stamped with the Positively Chevron Stamp inked in VersaMark, and spritzed a dash of color over the base. 

I used the following cardstock colors (top to bottom)...Pink Pirouette, Blushing Bride, Strawberry Slush, Melon Mambo, and Rose Red.  "Oh Happy Day" is inked in Crushed Curry with Melon Mambo dots; and cut out using the NEW Starburst Sayings Framelits.  I embellished the starburst using the Hardware Clips Essentials (Idea Book & Catalog #129964).
