Pop of Paradise Stamp Set Sneak Peak

Here's a second Sneak Peak at the Pop of Paradise Stamp Set. I stamped the palm leaf in VersaMark and heat embossed in gold embossing powder on one of Stampin' Up!'s Kraft Bags.  Then, I embellished the bag with Pop of Pink Specialty Designer Series Paper.  Hint, Hint...The black designer paper in the background is also in the designer paper pack.  I stamped the Melon Mambo flamingo and Black Memento "Thank You" and used dimensionals to "pop 'em up".  You'll see this sample at the New Catalog Open House this Sunday!

Marquee Messages Stamp Set Sneak Peak

I have two Sneak Peaks for you today using the Marquee Messages Stamp Set.  You can create inside-outside card greetings with the Marquee Messages Set which is available in photopolymer (#141727).  In the first card, I inked the image in Black Memento ink and stamped on Watermelon Wonder (large arrow) and Crushed Curry (birthday).  I cut out both images using paper snips and used the Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere both elements.

I decided to "kick it up a notch" and create a Shaker Card. 

Cardstock colors include Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay,

Crushed Curry, and Basic Black.

🐝Mediterranean Cruise Update...Our last day to explore the Western Mediterranean was Saturday. Our port was Marseilles, France where we saw the entrance of the old port guarded by the two fortresses: Saint John and Saint Nicolas.  We also visited Avignon known as the city of art and culture.

🐝On Board with SU!...It was the last day to visit the Hospitality Suite and spin the prize wheel.  It was so much fun to visit on a daily basis and chat with the staff, enjoy snacks, and of course, win a prize!

🐝Mediterranean Cruise Update...Cannes, France...Our tour will take us along France's coastline along the Golden Corniche and a visit to charming St. Raphael. This should definitely be one of the most beautiful areas of the French Riviera. 

On Board with SU!...A visit to the hospitality suite for a daily spin of the wheel for a prize!  We'll also have a Make & Take to create and a private showing this evening of Burn the Floor in the Epic Theater!  There's also Stampin' Up! Karaoke after the show!

🐝Mediterranean Cruise Update...Florence and the Leaning Tower of Pisa!  Tom and I did it again!  We booked a 10 hour tour for today!!  We'll drive by motorcoach to see the highlights of Florence--a visit to the We'll Galleria Dell'Accademia where we'll see Michelangelo’s masterpiece--the original statue of David.  We'll also see Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and visit the Ponte Vecchio for a photo opportunity. Then, we'll head to Pisa where we'll climb up the 294 steps of the world famous Leaning Tower.

Pop of Paradise Stamp Set Sneak Peak

Talk about Patterns that Pop!  This Sneak Peak is sure to peak your interest!  It features the Pop of Paradise Stamp Set (wood #141578, clear #141581), Pop of Pink Specialty Designer Series Paper (#141648), and coordinating Pop of Pink Designer Washi Tape (#141649).  Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to share the stamp set images with you yet, but I want you to know that it includes images of a darling flamingo and pineapple, 2 palm leaves, and 4 greetings.  It also coordinates with two framelits dies sets--Layering Ovals and Sweet & Sassy (hearts).

🐝Mediterranean Cruise Update...Our port today is Rome!  Tom and I have vacationed in Rome before, so we opted for a Tour and Taste of Italy.  We'll visit the medieval village of Castel Gandolfo, admire a lush landscape and stop at a local family farm in the countryside where "Mama" will prepare homemade pasta!  After lunch, we'll see the highlights of Rome including the Colosseum, Roman Forum and other highlights of the city.

🐝Mediterranean Cruise Update...Today's port is Naples, Italy!  Naples is known for its GREAT pizza! I'm definitely going to have a slice or two!  Our excursion today takes us to scenic Capri, Sorrento, and Pompeii.  It's a 10 hour tour and it includes a meal.  What were we thinking?

🐝Mediterranean Cruise Update...After enjoying Saturday in Barcelona, Spain, we boarded the Norwegian Epic Sunday afternoon and set sail at 6 pm.  Stampin' Up! held a Welcome Reception in the evening and we dropped off our card swaps in the SU! Hospitality Suite. 

On Board with SU!...Today we're enjoying a day at sea...SU! is holding a General Session.  We'll be introduced to the corporate team, enjoy a few stamping presentations, and of course there will be a few giveaways!  Remember those swaps I turned in?  Now, I get to pick up a new set of cards!  Of course, I still need to stop by the Hospitality Area to spin the wheel and earn a prize or two!  This evening, SU! is treating us to a private dinner and show entitled Cirque Dreams.

Mediterranean Cruise Card Swap...Botanical Blooms Stamp Set

Tom and I are leaving this afternoon for the Stampin' Up! Incentive Trip to the Mediterranean.  We're flying out of Richmond and have a connecting flight in New York's JFK Airport before continuing on to Barcelona, Spain.  We'll arrive on Saturday morning around 11:30 am where we'll spend Saturday night in Barcelona.  On Sunday afternoon, we'll board the Norwegian Epic Cruise Line for our vacation to Rome, Italy, and France.

I decided to participate in the Stampin' Up! Card Swap this year, so I wanted to share my Botanical Blooms Card.  It also features the Suite Sayings and Timeless Textures Stamp Sets.  This was also the second Hostess Club Project for the month of May.  I just didn't want to share it (earlier in the month) before the incentive trip.  I'm including a Supply List under the photo, just in case you'd like to make this card, too!
