Facebook Live Replay (11/6/19)--Easy to Make Christmas Crackers

Today's post features my Facebook Live Presentation from last night, November 7.  In this video, you'll learn how to create a traditional Christmas Cracker using Stampin' Up!'s Brightly Gleaming Designer Paper and Christmastime Is Here Designer Paper.  I'll show you how to create Christmas Crackers in various sizes.

Christmas crackers are a British tradition dating back to Victorian times when in the early 1850s, London confectioner Tom Smith started adding a motto to his sugared almond bon-bons which he sold wrapped in a twisted paper package.  Christmas Crackers were traditionally placed at dinner on Christmas night!  It usually included a fortune, a trinket, and a paper crown (British tradition).  It included a "popping strip" in the middle that "popped" when opened.  Everyone received a cracker, even Papa!  Enjoy!
