Here's the second set of cards for the Summer Stamp Series!!  You'll create all three cards using the Watercolor Wings, By the Tide, and Garden in Bloom Stamp Sets.

🐝Bring a friend and join the stamping fun!...We'll learn basic stamping techniques and create 3 cards (pictured above) using NEW products from the 2015-16 Catalog!  This class is perfect for those who love to stamp!  Attend one, two, or all three classes!  Whatever fits into your schedule.

By the Tide in Cajun Craze and a BIG Thank You!

I'm sure you've noticed that I LOVE By the Tide Stamp Set.  It's one of my favorites and it's especially fun to stamp with during the summer months.  The lobster is stamped in Cajun Craze which compliments the crumb cake and Whisper White cardstock and Burlap Ribbon embellishment.  Hope you like it!

 

A Big THANK YOU to so Many...

On Monday evening, I reached one of my Stampin' Up! Goals and earned the Grand Vacation Incentive Trip to Hawaii!  Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could achieve such an incredible trip.  I have so many Thank you's to mention, so grab a cup of java, sit back and relax.

First of all my husband and children...I can't count the number of times my husband has set up tables and chairs, spread tablecloths, and made sure I had everything I needed in order to teach a class!  My daughters were right there as well.  My precious family have missed a few home-cooked meals and have never once complained.

Secondly, my customers...For all the many classes that you've attended, the orders you have placed, and the many times you've stopped by to pick up your orders.  I so enjoy and appreciate your friendship and the community of stampers that we have become.  All of you are a blessing in my life!

Thirdly, my fellow demonstrators (upline and downline)...you know who you are.  Thanks for calling, texting, and emailing me to check in to see if I would qualify for the trip. All of you encouraged me each and every day as I got closer to the deadline!

Lastly, Stampin' Up!...for providing quality products that add value to our lives.  During the past several days, one of the SU! employees in Demonstrator Support has checked my numbers, called me, and encouraged me.  She believed in me.  She did this on her own free will!  Certainly, not something that was part of her job description.  What other company does that?

My heart is overwhelmed with appreciation and gratitude. 

I am blessed beyond measure!

2013 Stampin' Up! Convention Swap--Day 1

It's Day One of the 2013 Stampin' Up! Convention.  I can't wait to see what Stampin' Up! has planned for us.  We're picking up our convention bags filled with stamp sets and other goodies...Plus a special commemorative 25th Anniversary T-shirt.  Then, we're headed off to  Riverton to tour Stampin' Up!' headquarters.

We'll be having our team dinner tonight and swapping full cards.  You've already seen my swap because it was one of the July Hostess Club cards.  Remember...

My team pillow gifts...are created using My Digital Studio, Soda Pop Tops, and Crystal Effects.  I mounted the Scissor Charms on Bermuda Bay and Pink Pirouette cardstock using the Deco Labels framelits.  The convention theme this year is...Be the Difference.

2013 Stampin' Up! Convention Swap

I'm leaving this morning for the 2013 Stampin' Up! Convention!  It's Stampin' Up!'s 25th Anniversary and this will probably be the BEST convention yet!!  Two of my team members will be joining me this year...Chris and Bess.  The three of us are flying out to Salt Lake City together.  We'll be meeting up with 20 other stamping co-horts.  That's right, there are at least 22 of us within the same group...the INKcredible Sisters...under the direction of Martha!

Here's one of my convention swaps using By the Tide Stamp Set.  Over the next few days, you'll see just how much I LOVE this stamp set!  I think I've used it for all my projects.  I just can't get enough of it!

Hostess Club Project Revealed...By the Tide

Here's the first Hostess Club Project that we'll be making this month.  We'll be fishing with...By the Tide Stamp Set!  I only have 3 spaces open in the Monday night club.  Read below for date and times.

By the Tide...

"Sitting on the Dock of the Bay"...This would be an appropriate name for this stamp set, right?  This nautical collage almost looks like designer paper.  Here's a few quick Tips & Tidbits when creating this card...

• The coral is inked in Sahara Sand, stamped off, before stamping on the Very Vanilla cardstock.
• The words are stamped in Crumb Cake.
• The lobster is inked in Calypso Coral, stamped off, before stamping on the Very Vanilla cardstock.
• I used the Stampin' Distress Tool (located in the new catty on page 157) to "rough-up" the edges and curl the right top corner of the Very Vanilla cardstock.
• The Very Vanila cardstock is "pop-up" with Stampin' Dimensionals.
