Fall Fest Table Favor

Here's a little Fall Favor that I made for all the Fall Fest attendaes yesterday!  It was made with the Big Shot Two Tags Die (#115954), Leaves #2 Die (#113459), and Square Lattice Embossing Folder (#119976).  I wrapped two Hershey's Nugget Bars in designer paper and tucked inside!  I used the French Foilage Stamp Set which is located on page 115 in the Stampin' Up! Idea book & Catalog.  Wouldn't this be cute on Thanksgiving Day at each place setting?

French Foliage Christmas Wreath

Good Morning Stampers!  I spent yesterday stamping with my stampin' buddies--Jean, Martha, and Liz. We had a wonderful day sharing cards and ideas; and doing a little Christmas shopping!  Jean received this beautiful Christmas card from one of her customers. The Christmas wreath is made from one of the leaves in the French Foliage stamp set!  Talk about a versatile set!  You have until January 3rd to order this amazing fall set.

French Foliage

In case you haven't noticed yet, I LOVE the French Foliage stamp set.  I have stamped a lot of cards with this set.  Perhaps it's the colors I'm stamping with or the water spots, or the leaves, or even the soft cursive writing.  Whatever it is, I think it will be a very versatile stamp set throughout the year.  The Gratitude sentiment on the card is from the Day of Gratitude stamp set. Both of these stamp sets can be found in the Holiday Mini.

Hostess Club Projects

 
Good Morning Stampers!  I hope everybody had a wonderful weekend!  We visited our daughter, who's in college, on Saturday for her 19th Birthday and had the best time!  It was so good to see her. Now, I'm feeling a bit sad because she's not at home!!

I'm delighted to show you the Hostess Club cards that we made yesterday.  Both cards are Cased (Copy & Share Everything) and I'm happy to share the links to the websites of these two talented demonstrators.  The first card uses the Trick or Treat Letterpress (#120980).  If you're wondering how letterpress plates work, just scroll down the right side of my blog, click on Stampin' Up! You Tube Videos (the button right above projects), and you'll find it. The Letterpress Plates are available in the 2010 Holiday Mini on page 42 and you'll find that it's another fun way to stamp and emboss.

Heading to the Baltimore Stampin' Up! Regional

Good Morning Stampers!  I'm headed to Baltimore, Maryland this evening with my stampin' buddies.  We're going to be attending the Stampin' Up! Regional on Friday. Paper:  Cajun Craze, Old Olive, Very Vanilla, Autumn Spice Specialty Designer Series Paper (#120808)

Embellishments: Gold Glow Smooch Spritz (#118770), Antique Brad (#117273), Hemp Twine (#100982), Brights Designer Buttons (#119747)

Adhesives:  SNAIL, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots

Punches:  2" x 1 3/8" Oval Extra-Large (#119859), Decorative Label (#120907)

Tips & Tools

1.  Using French Foliage Stamp Set and Cajun Craze ink, stamp the Autumn Spice DP to create the watery-looking background.

2.  Use Stampin' Write Markers--Cajun Craze, More Mustard, and Old Olive--to color the the large image and stamp onto Very Vanilla Card Stock.  Cut out the stamped image and Spray Gold Glow Smooch Spritz on top.  Let dry.  Use Paper Piercing Tool (#116631) to place a hole in the middle of medallion and attach an antique brad.  

 

3.  Stamp sentiment in Cajun Craze and punch out.  Use a sponge dauber (#102892) and gently sponge around the oval shape. Pounce very lightly on top of shape.  Spray with Gold Glow Smooch Spritz and let dry.

Another Fall Card--French Foliage

Even though it's still warm outside, the kids have gone back to school and we're settling into our fall schedule.  UPS delivered a wonderful package today with some Holiday Mini products. I consider it treats! I have been waiting patiently for French Foliage to arrive.  Here's a card using one of our new In Colors-Poppy Parade and Old Olive.  These two colors complement each other nicely and remind me of fall and all the beautiful changes yet to come!

Stamp Sets:  French Foliage, Day of Gratitude

Ink:  Old Olive, More Mustard, Poppy Parade

Paper:  Poppy Parade, Old Olive, Whisper White

Embellishment:  Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz (#118772)

Adhesive:  SNAIL

Tips & Tools:

1.  Stamp leaves in More Mustard, Poppy Parade, and Old Olive.  Stamp sentiment in Old Olive.  Spray Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz on top of stamped images.  Let dry for a few minutes and then you can adhere it to the Old Olive card stock.
