Magnolia Lane Designer Paper by Stampin' Up!

Creating card samples for a New Catalog Open House Launch can be daunting!  Once I start creating with a specific suite, I don't want to stop.  I become inspired by all the coordinating products within the suite.  I think it's really important to showcase the designer paper, too!  Stampin' Up! has the BEST designer paper offering in the paper crafting industry.

The samples (pictured below) were created for my New Catalog Open House.  I designed these cards to showcase the Magnolia Lane Designer Paper.  The sentiments were stamped from the Good Morning Stamp Set or taken from the Magnolia Lane Memories & More Cards.

Stamparatus Stamping in the Round with Verdant Garden Stamp Set

The Verdant Garden Stamp Set is ideal for creating stunning decoration and background imagery.  It's also the perfect set for using the Stamparatus.  Together with its great sentiments, it's simply a must have!  It's also considered the sister suite to Magnolia Lane Suite.

In the card created below, I used the Stamparatus to stamp the flower in a circle...a technique called Stamping in the Round.  The stamp was inked in Memento Black Ink, stamped on a whisper white 2 3/4" square (and turned clockwise until images met), and colored with the Mossy Meadow and Petal Pink Stampin' Blends.  The designer paper is from the Garden Lane Designer Paper.  All of these beautiful products are part of the Garden Lane Suite.

Magnolia Lane Designer Paper Tote!

I was inspired recently by a fellow demonstrator, Lisa Sornson of Happy Stamp, who created a tote using retired designer paper.  I immediately thought of Magnolia Lane ...I wondered what a tote would look like in this designer paper. The Magnolia Lane Designer Paper combines magnolia flowers and soft stripes for a light, organic feel!  I just had to give this a try!

Not surprising...one of this month's Hostess Club Projects features the Magnolia Lane Suite in the 2019-2020 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.  This suite includes gorgeous coordinating products, so be sure to check it out here!  You can find the entire suite on pages 36-38.
