Stampin' Up! OnStage in Richmond, Virginia!

Today marks the much anticipated Stampin' Up! CentreStage and OnStage Events in Richmond, Virginia! This is the only meeting on the East Coast, so as you can imagine, Richmond is going to be inundated with stampers!!  There will be dinner and business training tonight for those who are a Silver Elite and above.  I feel honored to be a part of this group!  I'm so excited to see what's in store for us and to get a FREE gift, too!!

Tomorrow, it will be a FULL day of demonstrations, stamping, swapping card ideas, and the BIG REVEAL of the OnStage Totebag, the 2017-18 Annual Catalog, and the 5 NEW In-Colors!  I can't wait to spend time with my Upline, Martha Armstrong, and my Downline!!  An absolutely FULL day of fun!!

Rose Wonder Stamp Set and Rose Garden Thinlits Dies

I just can't seem to stop making cards using the Rose Wonder Stamp Set and Rose Garden Dies.  It's such a versatile set with a variety of greetings and coordinating framelits. 

The large rose is inked in Black Stazon and stamped on Shimmery White Cardstock.  I used an Aqua Painter and colored the roses with Rose Red and leaves with Garden Green.  I put the finishing touches on the card using the Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set.  I've included a Supply List under the photo.  Just click, download, and print!

Just wanted to share this cute little Scarecrow with you today!  It's created with the Curvy Keepsake Box Thinlits Dies (#135853).  You can find the die in the 2015-16 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog on page 171.  Isn't he adorable? If anyone is interested, I'd be happy to create a video next week on how I created this little cutie.  Just send me an email with your interest!

Petal Potpourri and Big On You Stamp Sets

Here's a super simple card for you today.  I'm using the Petal Potpourri Stamp Set and the two-step stamping technique to stamp the flowers on a Whisper White card base.  The flowers are inked in Smoky Slate and Daffodil Delight inks.  The background is created with the Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set inked in Smoky Slate and "Stamped off" (another technique) before stamping on the card base. I also used one of the sentiments from Big On You Stamp Set.  Below is a list of products that I used to create this card.

Throwback Thursday with the Magnificent Maple Stamp Set

This week's Throwback Thursday features a fall card using the Magnificent Maple and Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Sets.  The maple leaf with its detailed lines was a single wood stamp. This card was posted on October 10, 2013.

Luscious Fall Colors best describe this Magnificent Maple card.  I just LOVE these colors together...Cajun Craze and Crushed Curry sprinkled with Soft Sky and Baked Brown Sugar.  Sounds like a recipe doesn't it?  Who knew Soft Sky could be a part of the fall color scheme?
