Throwback Thursday with Got Treats Stamp Set

This post is definitely a throwback!  The Gingerbread Cocoa Box was one of the projects for my 2012 Holiday Gift Giving Class!  I'm sure some of you will remember this adorable little box embellished with the Got Treats Stamp Set, Scentsational Season Stamp Set and coordinating Holiday Collection Framelits.

The only thing six-year-old Addie Fausett has on her last Christmas list is cards...preferably the handmade kind. Addie, who has a condition called diffuse atrophy, and her family were told by doctors that this Christmas would probably be her last. So when Stampin' Up! was the article on Today.com describing this family's wish for their little girl's last Christmas, we thought, who better to make this gift happen than amazing Stampin' Up! demonstrators and their customers?

Holiday Gift-Giving Class Info

I'm excited to share my upcoming Holiday Gift-Giving Class...being offered on two dates to accomodate your schedules.

Friday Evening, November 30th, 6:45 pm--9:00 pm

and

Saturday, December 1st, 9:45 am--12 Noon

Class Kit Includes:  All Cardstock and Designer Paper--cut and scored prior to class, 4 (3x3) cards including envelopes, Gumball Green Ribbon, Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine, 1 pkg. Window Sheets, 2 Felt Ornaments, 1 pkg. of Cocoa Mix, 3 Hershey Nugget Bars, 2 lids, 5 yards of Gumball Green Sweater Trim, 5 yards of Cherry Cobbler Sweater Trim, Basic Pearls, Basic Jewels.  PLUS...Supply List, Measurements, and Directions to ALL 3 projects!

What to Bring:  SNAIL, Mini Glue Dots, Sticky Strip, Stampin' Dimensionals, Tombow Multipurpose Liquid Glue...You will be using all 5 adhesives!

Class Size:  I'm only accepting 8 participants per class.

Class Fee:  $30 reserves your spot.  If needed...You can also order any adhesives.  Payment can be made with check, PayPal, or credit card.

My Digital Studio--Homemade Happiness download

In last Tuesday's post, I provided a video tutorial on how to resize a project using the Toxic Framable download. Stampin' Up! recently added another 8 1/2" x 11"  template entitled, Homemade Happiness (#132192).  So...you guessed it...I resized the Homemade Happiness template to 5 3/4" x 8 3/4".  I printed it on Whisper White cardstock, trimmed, and attached it to Real Red and Lucky Limeade cardstock.  Of course, I had to add the cute little gingerbread boy from the Scentsational Season (wood #121026, clear #121190)!

In this photo, you'll see the gingerbread mix and Candlelight Christmas Designer Fabric (#126905) embellished with Whisper White (#129937) and Gumball Green Sweater Trim (#127838)!

 

I created a gift tag using the gingerbread boy

and included a recipe card to go with it!
