I LOVE Snowmen...and this little guy is super cute! He's all dressed up with all the essentials...eyes, now, arms, buttons, and scrarf. Look closely at the picture and you'll see that I got a little carried away with the scarf!

'Tis the Season to add a burst of light to your holiday projects! We'll be learning how to create this Starburst Technique in our Hostess Clubs this week!
The starburst technique can be created using strips of designer paper (first card) or a paper template (second card). The card below is created using Winter Frost Designer Paper and the Snow Day Stamp Set.
