Throwback Thursday with Snow Much Fun!

Do you remember the Snow Much Fun Stamp Set?  It was tons of fun to create cards with these adorable snowmen! I've included two cards (with recipes) below.  Both of these cards were posts dated from October and November 2011!

Snow Much Fun Card Recipe

Stamp Set:  Snow Much Fun (wood mount #122560, clear mount #122562)

Ink:  Blender Pen--Pool Party, Island Indigo, Stampin' Write Marker--Pumpkin Pie

Paper:  Pool Party, Island Indigo, Whisper White

Embellishments:  Basic Rhinestones (#119246), Dazzling Diamonds Glitter (#102023)

Adhesives:  SNAIL, 2-Way Glue Pen

Big Shot:  Northern Flurry Embossing Folder (#120902)

Stamp Set:  Snow Much Fun (wood mount #122560, clear mount #122562), Petite Pairs (wood mount #122495, clear mount #122497)

Ink:  Black Staz-On, Bashful Blue, Versa Mark, Silver Embossing Power (#109131), Stampin' Write Markers:  Daffodil Delight (birds), Pumpkin Pie (carrot nose), Night of Navy and Lucky Limeade (hat), Lucky Limeade and Riding Hood Red (scarf), Riding Hood Red (buttons)

Paper:  Night Of Navy, Whisper White, Early Espresso, Bashful Blue

Embellishments:  Dazzling Diamonds Glitter (#102023)

Tips & Tidbits

1. After embossing the Bashful Blue card stock with the Stripes Embossing Folder, sponge around the edges with Bashful Blue ink.
2. I thought you'd like the card measurements

• Card Base:  4 1/4" x 11", folded in half
• Bashful Blue layer:  4" x 5 1/4"
• Whisper White windows:  1 1/2" x 1 3/4"
• Early Espresso window frame:  3 1/2" x 4 1/8"
• Early Espresso window sill:  3 3/4" x 1/2"

Snow Much Fun

I hope all of you had a wonderful and safe Halloween!  We didn't have nearly as many trick-or-treaters that I had planned on, so...I guess I'll have to finish up the chocolate!

I thought I would treat you to a winter/Christmas card today!  This little guy is so cute! He's from the Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog on page 35.  I love snowmen, so you'll probably see a lot of this stamp set over the next few months.
