I had my first ever Holiday Stamping and Baking Class last Friday night. The class started with creating an Apron Card. Everyone had their choice of Candy Cane Designer Series Paper. We used the Tags til Christmas and Jolly Bingo Bits Stamp Sets.
I made pumpkin bread the morning of the class. When the girls arrived they were able to make loaf baskets, tie Candy Cane fabric around the loaf, and add a gift tag. All the baskets were different and coordinated with paper and fabric. I just LOVE Stampin' Up!. You can always count on everything coordinating. I almost forgot! Each basket included my pumpkin bread recipe designed with My Digital Studio software.
While the girls were constructing their loaf baskets, I cooked Hot Fudge and poured into these small jars. We embellished the jars with Candy Cane Fabric, Real Red Satin Ribbon, and look closely--a darling tag from the new stamp set--Eat Chocolate--coming in the January mini!! You're going to LOVE it!!

Good Morning Stampers! I'm sorry to post so late today. Our weekend was super busy with family and friends. Then, I took our oldest daughter back to college (which was fine by me), but we ended up sitting on the interstate for 3 hours, taking a detour through an entire town, and then getting back on the interstate! Needless to say, I was too tired last night to update my blog.

As you can see from Sneak Peak #5, Stampin' Up! has a wonderful new stamp set, Tags Til Christmas, arriving on Sept. 1st in the Holiday Mini! I'm posting several pictures, so you can get a good idea of what's included in this set. I've used Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler ink and cardstock and 1/8" Old Olive and Real Red Taffeta Ribbon. The background designer paper, Jolly Holiday (#117159),is in the Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog (pg.174).
